Works within the basic file management, but if you go to media (one of the main menu items) everything is still visible.

Known Sony Ericsson issue
Hi,
This is a known issue with many Sony Ericsson Phones. One work around is to rename the file as something like .001 and then hide it.
Hope this helps. We will try and do this renaming automatically in the next release.
